For customers whom the warranty period has expired Precix offers two service options;
per incident technical support and a contract technical support. Per indicent coverage is available for the cost of $150 USD
and covers all telephone, email and fax support required to remedy one technical support claim. Precix also offers a contract
technical support service which covers all telephone, email, and fax support for all support
claims for a period of one year, for the cost of $1000 USD per year (within acceptable use guidelines).
Parts, shipping, handling, and on-site labour are NOT covered in the above technical support agreements.
Small parts sales carry a minimum purchase of $50 USD excluding the cost of shipping and handling.
